Greetings, Tea Students.

Put down your steaming cups of tea for one second and pay attention. The information I am about to impart unto you goes beyond telling you what a tea infuser is, or how green tea helps fight cancer. I don’t want you to spit your Lung Ching across the room in shock.

Are you ready?

I am from China. That’s right. Master Amanzi has shown  you a little bit of himself today. I know that usually I tell you that you must be the tea, and that you must not know where you end or the tea begins, but believe me when I tell you this information is useful to my purposes today.

You see, some a good friend of mine came to visit me here not too long ago. Maurice, from Amanzi Tea, wanted to learn more about our processes here, and I was only too happy to put him touch with some of my ex-students, now accomplished tea masters in their own right.

Now, while you will not see me in any of these pictures (for it is much harder to become one with the tea when there are photos of yourself hung all around your tea shrine – and besides, who do you think took the pictures?). But I hope you can appreciate the beauty of the tea leaves in their purest form and the amount of work and attention to detail required in making their exquisite tea (seriously, have you tried Amanzi Tea? It’s nirvana). But more than all that, I hope you notice the amount of work Maurice and the Amanzi team put into making sure their teas are made just right.

I wish you Peace on your Path to the Perfect Pot of Tea.
