Hey tea buddies;
I was just checking my bank balance online (and not liking what I see, I don’t mind saying! lol) and it occurred to me that I don’t think I’ve let you in on one of my ultimate tea secrets. I use it every day, and it seems only fair that I share my tea knowledge with you.
Times are tough, right? The price of everything is going up, including tea in some places. And since tea is not a luxury but a necessity, but gas in your tank is too, you have to find someplace where we can save a bit. So here’s a little something to help you through the “economic downturn.”
After the tea is done steeping the right amount of time, put the teabag aside. Don’t throw it away, because this is the important part. You can use it again.
That’s right. That’s my bit of tea wisdom! Teabags are good for up to two cups! Especially if you have another cup relatively soon. (I’m not guaranteeing that it’ll still be a great cup of tea if you let the bag sit for days or something. Don’t try and hold me to that.)
So when you find yourself pinching pennies and it’s time to buy some more tea, go ahead! It’s an economical way to relax and rehydrate. Not to mention tea tastes delicious. But then, you know that already, didn’t you?
