Teato believes in being fit, in mind, in body, and in heart. I always make sure to run every day to exercise my body, write poetry about the many ways I love tea to exercise my mind, and share my time with beautiful women to exercise my heart. My secret weapon to help me in all these pursuits is a pot of organic herbal tea.
Sometimes life, work, and love get in the way of my exercise regimen. But here’s hope. Tea can help you with weight loss. There’s lots of information on it, too.

Hey there, tea drinkers. Jasmine here with a new tea tip for you. I know you guys always have a tea bag or two nearby of your favorite loose tea. I’m the same way—I’m sipping a tall iced tea right now, even though it’s late. (Don’t worry, though—it’s organic herbal tea so it won’t keep me up too late.)
I would swear on my last box of White Monkey Black Tea that you guys have the same problem as me—less than pearly whites! It seems that even if I drink more green than black, it still stains my teeth. In fact, my dentist told me the other day that he can tell I drink a lot of tea because of the tea stains. And while it’s hardly life-threatening, I would really like to have a supermodel’s smile—without giving up on my multiple cups of tea per day.

Do you love tea? Look deep into yourself, and see—is a nice cup of hot tea right there in your heart? Do you think of herbal tea as a nice way to relax and become one with the universe, at peace? Only you know the answer to this for sure. Only you can see into yourself.
It is said, “Better to be deprived of food for three days, than tea for one.” It is an old Chinese proverb. It probably has some deeper meaning. Search your soul for it if you want to know it. I am uninterested in that. I, Master Amanzi, have communed with the Great Tea Being in the sky. I have read the tea leaves, and I know the Way of Tea. I am a Tea Master.
Today I will teach you the very first step of the Way of the Tea Master. It is not the way of the Tea Bag. Beware, for down that path lies bitterness. No, for a truly good cup of tea, one must follow the Way of the Loose Leaf.

Loose Leaf Tea is an art—delicate and precise, like brewing tea itself. The taste is more pure, less bitter, natural and organic. Loose tea is the way that tea was meant to taste.
But if you, like many tea drinkers, have only made tea with a tea bag, it is time you learned how to make it my way. Tea leaves should have room to expand and swirl around on their own in the water so that their natural flavor can be released. This is the easy part. The difficult part comes when it is time to drink. How will you drink the tea without swallowing the leaves? Ah, there is the riddle.

Tea is a very important part of many of our lives. A black tea to start the day. Herbal tea in the evening to help relax. Hot tea in the winter, iced tea in the summer, tea with lemonade, tea after a meal—it’s more than just a beverage; it’s a way of life. For this reason I, the Earl of Grey, have deigned to impart unto you a bit of my own personal wisdom. Who knows tea better than I?
Brewing tea may seem simple to laypeople, but we royals know that the brewing the perfect pot of tea is more than a simple ritual—it is an art.
