Hi Loves,
You’ll never guess what got delivered to my door yesterday. A bouquet of tea! What’s that, you ask? Who sent it? Well, let me tell you.
Actually, I’ll keep you in suspense for now about who sent it, just for fun. But a certain mystery someone sent me the most beautiful box of colorful tea bags arranged like a bouquet. And the strings were tied together as if you could hold it. It was laid out in this gorgeously wrapped box. And then I noticed that each of the tea bag tags said what kind of tea it was on one side, and the health benefits of the flowers and herbs it contained on the other–hand written!
Here’s a sample of what was inside:

Beautiful Roses. Exquisite Tea.
Rose Garden White Tea: Besides the fact that roses are my favorite flower and there’s no denying that things that make you happy have a huge effect on your mental health, White teas have more polyphenols, a supercharged antioxidant that can help fight cancer causing cells, among other great health benefits.

Hi Loves,
Is it Friday yet? No? Why Not? Let’s just say that Ms. Tia is anxious for the weekend to get here already because she has big plans with Mr. Great Tea Date! Surprise, surprise: it involves tea.
Friday night, Mr. GTD is coming over so I can show off my grand culinary talents. I love to cook, especially using organic vegetables and meats. I’m thankful everyday that we have such a wonderful farmers’ market nearby. So I asked my local organic tea vendor how I could use tea in more edible, as opposed to drinkable, ways. You won’t believe what he had to say!

Hi Loves,
Since Jasmine Spice taught me how to share videos with you, I just had to pass along this great clip that Mr. Great Tea Date sent me this week. I nearly spilled my full cup of Oolong Loose Leaf Tea I was so excited to see this. On our date, I happened to mention that I seriously love Doris Day. Who doesn’t? She’s the queen of the perfectly polite insult, of looking fabulous at all times, and getting the guy with her wondrous charm. Why were we talking about Doris Day on a tea ceremony date? Hi Loves,
While I wait around for The Great Tea Date to call (and if he doesn’t call soon, he’s lost his chance with me!), I’ve been thinking about what it is that attracts two people together. Is it chemical? Is it physical? Is it chance?
I’m no biochemist or psychologist, but I’ve certainly had my share of hot-blooded and stone-cold moments. If you really like a guy, what can you do to keep the spark alive? I’m also not a witch doctor, so I’m not concocting any love potions in my kitchen. But I have been thinking about the aphrodisiac qualities of herbal tea. Could they really work?

Hi loves,
Sometimes you just need a hot cup of tea, you know?
Let me explain. If you’re anything like me, you sometimes get a little worked up about things. For example, I went on a great date this weekend. And when I say great, I mean OMG-this-could-be-the-real-thing stellar. (Of course, if you’re anything like me, you think that about all the guys.) He opened doors for me! He didn’t hog the conversation! He likes green tea! He bought dinner, but let me buy dessert! (Hey, I’m a modern woman.) But it’s Tuesday and he hasn’t called. What is up with that?

Hullo again, tea-loving commoners. Time to put down your tea bags, take a big sip of your loose leaf teas, and pay attention. For ‘tis I, the Earl of Grey. I am sure you’ve missed me at least ten times as I’ve missed you. Nevertheless, here I am to tell you a bit about Puerh Tea.
As the health benefits of tea become more and more clear, and an increasing number of delicious types of tea reach stores worldwide, tea is becoming incredibly popular. And as tea drinkers get to try all new kinds of tea to which they’d previously never been exposed, they discover new favorites. Puerh tea is a new favorite with many experienced tea drinkers.
So what is Puerh tea?

Drinking loose leaf tea has many health benefits. You can look all over the internet to see all the ways tea is good for you. But here’s one you haven’t heard about yet—tea lowers your cholesterol and reduces the risk of heart disease!
My dad has a monthly appointment with his heart doctor, and I keep telling him, “You gotta get some tea up in you, dad!” Here’s the deal. The two biggest causes of heart disease are high cholesterol and triglyceride buildup.

Teato believes in being fit, in mind, in body, and in heart. I always make sure to run every day to exercise my body, write poetry about the many ways I love tea to exercise my mind, and share my time with beautiful women to exercise my heart. My secret weapon to help me in all these pursuits is a pot of organic herbal tea.
Sometimes life, work, and love get in the way of my exercise regimen. But here’s hope. Tea can help you with weight loss. There’s lots of information on it, too.

Part 3: Oolong Tea
Greetings Tea Lovers and Students of the Way of Tea.
I, Master Amanzi, prompted by one of my newest apprentices, have elected to briefly describe the differences between the different kinds of tea. While most have an understanding of the difference between iced tea and hot tea, or why to use loose tea rather than a tea bag, few understand the difference between a white tea and a black tea, for example.
I have already told you a bit about white tea and green tea. Today, let me explain to you a little bit about oolong tea.
