Hey tea guys! How are ya? Happy Ho Ho Ho and all that!
I know Christmas is almost here and everything, so I was just thinking that maybe some people are still trying to think about what to get that special someone that they just never know what to get, you know? I know, I’ve been there!
Well as I swirled a cinnamon stick around my steaming cup of Ginger Peach Tea (my very favorite kind of tea…at least for today, lol!) it occurred to me that i could totally help those people still trying to think of what last minute gift they should buy. And in case you couldn’t guess, it has to do with tea, of course!

Hi Loves,
You’ll never guess what got delivered to my door yesterday. A bouquet of tea! What’s that, you ask? Who sent it? Well, let me tell you.
Actually, I’ll keep you in suspense for now about who sent it, just for fun. But a certain mystery someone sent me the most beautiful box of colorful tea bags arranged like a bouquet. And the strings were tied together as if you could hold it. It was laid out in this gorgeously wrapped box. And then I noticed that each of the tea bag tags said what kind of tea it was on one side, and the health benefits of the flowers and herbs it contained on the other–hand written!
Here’s a sample of what was inside:

Beautiful Roses. Exquisite Tea.
Rose Garden White Tea: Besides the fact that roses are my favorite flower and there’s no denying that things that make you happy have a huge effect on your mental health, White teas have more polyphenols, a supercharged antioxidant that can help fight cancer causing cells, among other great health benefits.

Greetings, Tea students.
As you sit there with your hot cup of loose leaf tea, welcoming the first hints of Fall, perhaps you think to yourself, “Master Amanzi has taught me so much. I know how healthy tea is, where it comes from, how to make it—but how much should I drink?”
This is a good question, young Tea Seeker, and I am glad you have asked it. Your tea knowledge has grown, and I am suitably impressed.

Greetings peasants. I have returned from a challenging day of settling land disputes among my subjects, and find that I cannot relax. It occurs to me that you might have issues with stress in your more ordinary lives. So I thought I would share with you a bit about the calming effects of tea.
I have mentioned to you before how tea is good for you—the list of the health benefits of tea seem longer than your silly “bill of rights” at this point—but let me be more specific.

Greetings Commoners. The Earl of Grey has bothered to notice your existence today. On previous occasions, I have explained to you how to make good iced tea, what makes tea so healthy, and other juicy tidbits of my tea wisdom. Well, hold your tea bags, because I’ve got something for you today.
Many people think a cup of tea is just something to have in the morning. Which isn’t wrong. But tea is a delicious afternoon drink as well. And tastes great in the evening. What I’m saying is that tea is a delicious beverage for any time of day. As long as you do it right.

Part 1: White Tea
Greetings Tea Lovers and Students of the Way of Tea.
The other day one of my young apprentices asked me the difference between white tea and black tea. It stunned me, the Tea Master Amanzi, for it seemed so elementary, and yet my student did not know! As he was escorted from the grounds for his ignorance, it occurred to me that perhaps there are others like him out there.
There are many types of tea. Like my young tea student, you might be confused. Words like “oolong” and “rooibos” mean little to you while words like “herbal” and “white” seem too vague. So I shall nudge you down your path to enlightenment by telling you more about the Basic Types of Tea.
